Conforming with the legislative decree n. 196 of 30th June 2003 concerning “codes regarding the protection of personal data” we guarantee that the treatment of personal data is carried out with respect to your rights, your fundamental freedom and your dignity. Regarding the protection of personal data on the internet our company adheres to the norms currently adopted both nationally and in the EU.
Access to our website and the use of its contents imply acceptance of the following terms.  Our company collects data, through our website, solely after receiving emails from the users. Personal information is used exclusively to provide the services requested. Personal data are treated legally and honestly. We do not pass on or release any information regarding our users to third persons for commercial or other use without the express consent of the individual concerned. The website gathers information concerning the software used, for example IP address, type of browser, operating system, domain name, time in which the user accesses the site and website addresses from which the user accesses our website. This information is solely used for statistical purposes aiming to improve the quality of the content and the services offered by our website. In order to offer a complete service, our website contains hyperlinks to third party websites.  Nonetheless, we would like to reiterate that we are not responsible for the content and the respect of the privacy codes of the above mentioned sites not managed by us. We have standard technological security devices to avoid the loss or accidental destruction of data, non authorized access to the above mentioned data or their use that does not conform accordingly.

We would also like to highlight that according to article 7 of the Privacy Code whoever (whose data are managed by us) has the right to find out, at any time, what personal information  we have and how it is used and to ask to update, integrate, modify, cancel, suspend or stop using their data.  These rights can be exercised by sending a request via fax, by letter or email to Ms Giuseppina Ruberto who is responsible for the use of personal data to the following e-mail address welcome@luigiverga.it.
